You may receive this error because of this problems :
Error 602/633. Port in use. Port already open. Your modem is being used by another application.
Error 630/651. The modem is busy or not responding. Your computer is not receiving a response from the modem.
Error 680. There is no dial tone.

Error 602: Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select the TASK LIST or TASK MANAGER (NT). This will shows the actual program names. Then terminate task. With windows 98 ending the rnaapp task may solve the problem.

Don’t worry how is your knowledge about computer I am here to solve your problem.
First double click on My computer >> Dialup Networking (If not specified, go to the Control Panel) >> Right click to current connection and select properties >> Click the Server Type tab and uncheck for Log on to network and make sure that the connection is set to “PPP…” at the top. Uncheck the protocols not used, leaving only “TCP/IP” as the selected protocol.
