Hi Guys

Vonage is old now. There are lot of new companies coming out. I had vonage previously but its sucks man. Finally one of my friend refered me about this new company itelfone.com and it's works fine.

If you know about the things you can save lot of money. It's all depends on how much you know and how deep can you get the information.....

haha.. my bad, the customer service rep that I spoke with about few months back was named Raju.. haha. Vonage does not suck, but just has alot of legal issues and tend to get costly fast. So i wouldnt say they suck!, but i would they blow.. haha.. no no i mean, they arent that great any more.

I would suggest, lingo.com, itelfone.com, viptalk.us, and my newly favorite itoggler.com

They dont have all the services that vonage has to charge millions for or are registered by a bigger international company, so they are given the same legal hassles. I think lingo will eventually follow vonage, as voip or voice over internet protocol laws are changed. They will do the same eventually. But companies like truphone or itelfone.com who do not offer e911 or its optional will benefit as a secondary phone line for international or long distance calling and now your local provider. I really would recommend Itoggler device for everyone who wants to get the benefits of voip but without the hassles of vonage or comcast or lingo. I mean no internet service needed, just using your regular local home phone and connect it with the itoggler device and that it. I urge you to find out more about the device from its website.

Vonage should consider buying out voip companies or just selling off the business to any of the cable providers.

Hi
I am in this market for 5 years now and never seen such a horrible company like VONAGE.
No Services, No answering call facalities, Bad Quality, and much more.
Can you believe guys that i had to pay extra to cancel the services......
Very SAD.................

I got a referal from my friend and he mentioned there is no installation charge for referal.

I did a big mistake by calling Vonage CustomerCare in Nov 2008. I rejected for the new referal connection as i was not interestd in payng the installation charge.

Sometime in Dec-2008,Vonage sent the router to my old address. By then, i have already moved to Oklahoma from Boston.

I found my Credit Card account getting charged every month. I called vonage (more than 30 times) to cancel my account. They were not able to validate my account. All thier security Questions are really Stupid or System is not able to validate it properly. I was providing the Last amount billed as per my Credit Card Statement but they were not able to validate my account. Later on , They realized my mailID was not entered correctly into the system during account creation process thats why i was not getting any Email.

After more than 30 calls , I was able to cancel the account to stop every month Bill(services Which i never used and i never asked for). I was charged for the cancellation also.I paid #300$. I never used the service.

The Customer Care Infrastructure and personal are horrible and very frustrating. My Case is not resolved in more than 4 months.

I requested Vonage(arbitration@vonage.com) to go thru my case and refund my amount as soon as possible. I am already so frustrated with Vonage.I will go for legal and will go for any any extent to get my refund and all mental Harrasment. I need your Help Guys.
