Follow Roberts advice exactly, when you have the virtual memory window open you will see at the bottom where it says 'Total paging file size for all drives' that it will give a 'Recommended' size. Proceed and set your 'Maximum size (MB)' to the recommended value. The 'Initial size (MB)' value is not required to be changed. Then click 'Set' and the error message should not reappear Very Happy

Hi - I have followed the instructions in previous posts - but my concern: I increased my maximum - but it was already larger than the recommended amt.

Minimum 2mb
recommended 1533
current 2000

I had to increase to 3000 (was at 1958 or something like that)

What will this do to my computer if I set it that high?

Right click on my computer, and select properties. Select the advanced tab, under performance click settings, another window will popup, click on the advanced tab again and at the bottom it will say windows virtual memory click on change, and change it! Good luck!
