Yes, you can get results from these Internet keywords that are specific to languages like English, Japanese, German, French, etc. You can set the specific language that is displayed with your Netscape browser.
To change it, Click on Edit > Preferences. Then select Navigator and then Languages. In the languages, that display a list of languages & click on Add to add a specific language that available with your browser, then click on Ok. Finally, Just click on new entry and use arrow keys to move the language to the top of list, thus the regional language is set as primary language and English as secondary language for your browser.

How I turn off – Internet keywords in Netscape or IE?

If you are using IE, then display the what’s related bar. At the end of bar click on Tune up settings then check the Disable Internet Keywords.

Using Netscape, you can turn off the Internet Keywords. Using Edit menu then select preferences, then Navigator and smart browsing and uncheck enable Internet keywords.

Internet Keywords works automatically from the Netscape Navigator’s location field. Once you have installed Communicator 4.06 or later or Netscape Tune up for IE, just typing of name or description in the location bar and press enter to get results according to that name or description. Ex. Southwest airlines, alta vista, wall street journal, sports games – Brian lara cricket, etc.

Goto –it takes directly to best matching sites. Ex. goto united airlines, goto nasa
Search – it searches the word you typed. Ex. search cycling, search freeware
Help – it gets the technical notes and faq for Netscape products & services. Ex. help webmail
Quote – it results the stock quote of given company name. Ex. quote nscp, quote ibm, quote nasdaq microsoft
