C:\WINDOWS\System32\autoexec.nt error is very common. The autoexec.nt error appears in Windows XP pro and also Windows XP home addition. This error caused if config.nt or command.com or autoexec.nt are missing.

The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS
Hi I was getting the error message below everytime i tried to install or run any program that had to do anything with DOS...
AUTOEXEC.NT The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications
so i used my noodle and did was Neogeo said ..i search for the autoexec file and pasted it into the system32 folder and TADA!! it works great once again...
hi all
if you go to c:\windows and find the repair folder open that and find the exec file right click it copy and then paste it in the system 32 folder and thats it done all should work ok
