You cannot delete the infected files because your computer is currently running them.
The way around this is to write down the exact path and filename of every file your antivirus app cannt successfully clean, then reboot your computer in SAFE MODE
Once in safe mode, you can delete the infected files, because windows is not using them.
Don't forget to disable system restore to prevent re-infection, and empty your recycle bin to be thorough.
