Hello Everyone,

I get cli.exe error when open my windows.

And also get following error massage:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem??

Hi Lauren,

I'm not sure how to solve cli.exe error

But, "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)."

This error is required .Net Framework.

So, I think you haven’t installed .Net Framework in your system.

Install the .NET Framework Redistributable will resolve this error.

Good Luck!! Smile
