like i said I personally hate all isp's but if ya have to use one keep it cleaned up delete your tempary internet folders and defrag and get some good programs that stop most melware and spyware and viruses not just the email ones or ones for brosing either for everything.
I liked norton also like avast using it now. I use these but anything simular is fine these are my choice.
"adsgone2004" and stops popups I love it. and it goes upto adgone2006 I just like the 2004 myself
spybot-search and distroy is wonderful and very easy to use. it will get rid of what is already loaded on your computer and keep it off. use spyware blaster with it keep updating these often also. good luck isps are slow but melware and popups and spyware make it so much slower and worse. |
