Motorola SB4100 Cable modem problems
I have Motorola SB4100 cable modem on my network. On that I see, 3 lights on But when I’m trying to access pages from internet, it did not respond well and after some time it disconnected. When trying to reconnect further, the Sending & receiving lights are on but the online light- green light does not appear.
What is the problem? Is this occurred in my modem or not?
Can anybody explain me it?

Motorola SB4100 Cable modem problems
Hi Curt,
As I want to share my knowledge with you, as I know that the online light – green light means the after dialing the connection it gets IP Address. When It is not getting it not appeared Or otherwise you can’t connect with you cable server. Please call your Cable network administrator to tracing out route of your computer to see where the computer getting disconnected by loosing packets of data.
