To stop the error from happening we will have to stop the process by deleting it from running in the Windows Registry Editor. To run the Registry Editor, go to your Start menu and open Run, type in RegEdit and press enter.
PLEASE NOTE: The Windows Registry is an INTEGRAL part of Windows itself, so please use caution in editing the CORRECT registry keys. If any mistakes are made, it can corrupt your entire system.

Remove the following registry item with RegEdit:
Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder
Open the Software folder
Open the Microsoft folder
Open the Windows folder
Open the Currentversion folder
Click on the Run folder
Click on the WildTangent CDA file (RUNDLL32.exe)
Delete the file by pressing Delete on your keyboard.

I got the same error message, but there was no WildTangent CDA file to delete.

I was so mad at the wildtangent, I entered regedit and deleted everything about wildtangent. But, I am still getting the same error message.

All I had inside Run were:
(Default)
ctfmon.exe
Google Desktop Search
ILO_Office_Manager
MSMSGS
Weather
Yahoo! Pager

Do a scan then check the following line and Fix Checked.

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Instant Access] rundll32.exe p2esocks_1043.dll,InstantAccess

Then run another scan to see if it stays fixed.
