I have a P4. I think my computer has slower speed. I defragmented my hard drive and cleaned the registry, and compressed the registry, scanned for spyware with Ad Aware and Spybot. I also cleaned my cookies and tmp files, cleaned up junk files and programs. But the problem is persist.
What to do with this problem?

Some of program that’s leaking memory. If you have lower memory then upgrade it upto 256. this the minimum I would consider using. To achieve great speed you need 512MB ram.
