Very slow Processor Speed?

Whats wrong with my procvessor, its become very slow, I've run the test several times and it always says that my processor is running at 70%.
What to do?
Please help me

I think you have some background process running, do one thing run AVG & any spyware program you have.
might check Task Manager/processes. If you would like to do an online spyware scan, try this one:

You have quite a bit of junk & IE temp files that should be cleaned up. Have a look at the first item in tools below, in fact have a look at them all. They are mostly freeware.

-If you d/l CleanUp, in options, make sure "Standard" is checked.
