Delete Registry or not?

Everything is working fine until I ran RegVac. I ran the software Vac scan and several Real Players / Real Media player. I removed them but they kept coming back. Then I try to find realplay and realmedia but several things came up. This is very confusing and I have no idea if I should remove them or not.
Please suggest me.

It would be very risky to say go ahead a remove all of them without actually seeing them. As for the screenshots, you'd need to put them on one of the many image hosting sites available and link to it. I use Walagata for most of that. It's a free site. All you have to do is create an account and upload the files. If you make the images GIF files, it will hold quite a few, depending on their size.
In regard to "Real" entries, if you have this format as a plug-in for your browser or another media player to be able to open that format, you could well have registry entries from that.
