What is the general consensis of the members here? How about the spam stopping software? Is it any good and how will you know if it blocks something you want?

Unsubscribe it or delete it. If you have outlook express, right click the e-mail and send it to junk e-mail and it will block it. Spam stopping software is good if you are willing to pay for it; they will give you notifications when they find spam.
