How can I remove or override the message " You do not have permission to open this file. See the owner of the file or the administrator"
I am the owner, administrator and sole user of my home computer! How can this be happen?

Many files and folders are inaccessible to users. There is usually just no need for these to be accessed by anything other than System. In other cases, permissions have been changed by moving files from one account to another, computer to another, or disk errors can change permissions.
