win98] Restart Windows Without Rebooting

This tip restarts your Windows 98 operating system without rebooting the entire computer.

To restart the Windows operating system, follow these steps:
· In the Start Menu, click Shutdown.
· Check Restart.
· Hold down the Shift key, and press OK.
· Continue holding Shift until you see the words, "Windows is now restarting."
This tip does not work with Windows Me, Windows 2000, or Windows XP.
