Problems with Juno disconnecting me.

I've been using Juno for over a year now with no problems. I've allways hooked up between 16,000 and 28,000 bps. My local phone company must have done some line changes, because in the last week everytime I dial up to Juno my modem connects at 48,000bps. That's great, but there is one problem. As soon as the Juno home page comes up and I try to click on any link, Juno disconects me. Every Time. BUT, about every 1 out of 10 tries, it will connect up at 32,000 and then it will stay connected. Why do I get dissconected if my modem connects up at 48,000bps? Thanks for the help.
