I also hate it when I call for help and some person with a weird accent picks up. Why do they call it tech support if they can't even help you, they should at least understand your problem. I feel you on this one.

Hi
I was referred to GBR by a friend and find it pretty good for the price you pay. I use it mostly to mail people and browse too. Whenever i`ve had a problem i`ve called and found the support very efficient and friendly. And this thread surprises me. I guess it's in the way we look at things.
I`d strongly suggest GBR to all the people I know.

Hi,

I have been using GBR for 2 yrs now and i dont find any problem with the service that is being provided. In fact, i had called in last week regarding a connectivity problem and the guy who picked up the phone was very courteous and quick in resolving my issue. I would rate the service as the best at the prices the product is being offered. Atleast for once i am happy i took a right decision in my lifetime.

That's because GBR outsourced all of the jobs to India! Slimy bastards. Tech support costs $1.95 per minute. I used to be a computer technician for GBR. I'm an American! Mike Hardy is the President of the company his email address is mfhardy@gbronline.com or mike.hardy@gbronline.com. The VP is Cindy Etris--her email address is cdetris@gbronline.com or cindy.etris@gbronline.com. Tell'em what you really think.

They're traitors. They gave us one week notice and no severence. The week prior, they both told us that the company was doing fine eventhough GBR was losing 1000 customers per week and our jobs were going to be fine.

BTW don't sign up for a year, you don't get your money back for ANY reason. GBRonline.com is owned bt TAMKO roofing products in Joplin, MO.
