Wireless Network

I have four computers, one laptop, three dekstops, that I should like to have on a wireless network in a one room home office. I also have Broadband that I need to be enabled on two of the computers. There are a lot of products available but to a complete novice it is a minefield. My questions are I'm afraid very basic: What do I need to complete my network (my laptop is bluetooth enabled) in the way of hardware? My basic aim is to have the capability to share all information between my computers and have access to Broadband on at least two of the machines.
Do I need Bluetooth or do I need another wireless technology? what is the best kit for tansferring data quickly. All my desktops have USB1, should I upgrade to USB2?
As you can tell I am a novice where technology is concerned. I need something that is quick, safe, stable and works!

What you need is an ADSL Wireless Router.

Routers work by creating a local network that has internet access, so any computer connected to the router/local network can also access the internet.
Good safe options would be either the USR 9106 or the D-Link DSL-G604T.
