yes I am with you Stowetel is reliable, apart from that
they have fixed their e-mail, and since no port 25 blocking, I have used or tried many dial-up ISPs

I think you haven’t install your XP properly, or you don’t have set your port properly.
Check out that, may it will help you

I am going to give them a try since it's only $5. I assume they charge $5 monthly, unless you decide to sign up for a year in advanced?

How would I go about cancelling their service if I am dissatisfied? Has anyone done this?

Thanks

Just took a look at their site.. looks pretty easy..

"16. Cancel Method - Any customer at any time may go to URL http://www.stowetel.com and click on Manage Account and Login. On the Left, Click on CANCEL."

I am having a lot of problems with www.stowetel.com. All I want to do is change the method of paying by going into the MANAGE MY ACCOUNT. However, my username and password is not allowing me to enter. I am pretty sure I have the correct information, but...
None of the less, I have called and email them asking for assistance, and it has been over 2 weeks, no response, why?

I am strongly thinking of cancelling this service is I do not get a response soon. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to retrieve my username and password so I can manage my account????
