I have been with Budgetdialup.com and its great to have such a low cost ISP

Their website is pretty cool, but IMO, the service isnt all its cracked up to be.

There is a time limit on connections per month. You are limited to 120 hours per month. 120 hours for 9.95 a month? So what if theres an accelarator, its still too high in my honest opinion. Even though the price is so low, i dont think this would go under "cheap ISP" there are other ISPs out there that over way more then 120 hours a month for a lot less then 9.95

The roll over plan is rediculous! 10 hours for 5.95? There are FREE ISPs that give 10 hours FREE!! So what if it rolls over, i highly doubt you can make 10 hours stretch. If you do, then you might as well just save the money and visit your local library for internet access. At least its FREE there!

I really dont think this ISP has much to offer. Its difinitely not a "budget dial up ISP"

that is all.
