| No, they don’t provide ant disk to users. We have our own software that is available on www.netscape.com. You can the software with your telephone line Netscape Services are efficient and it requires minimal computer resources, therefore you can sign up at a time with only one service. |

| No, You can’t need. You can work with any of available browser on your Computer. Our service uses only the default browser of your computer. If you have Internet Explorer & Opera Web browsers on your computer, & Internet Explorer is default then It uses the Internet Explorer only. |

| Netscape allows you to create the new email address as username @netscape.com. It uses the username used for to connect with our Internet service and it is used for our other services. For ex. If you signup with “joseph” username, then your email address is joseph@netscape.com |
