Bravo ISP misleading billing cycle |

| Bravo ISP is a good basic service, but you have to watch the billing. I joined up on Feb. 28th, and they charged me for the full month of February. I tried to get in touch with billing for 3 weeks through phone calls and e-mails. They didn't respond to my inquiry. Finally I got through on the phone, and the lady who answered was very rude. She told me that whether you join on the first day of the month, the last day, or anywhere in between, you will be charged for the full month. This is a total rip-off. Needless to say, I canceled my service. |
