run speed tests for a baseline
use short phone cables, filter all phones.
avoid using phone splitters.
clear cookies/cache/history
powercycle ALL your equipment.
run more speedtests. if your speeds are greatly less than they should be, call tech support. troubleshoot with them, see if they will send a technician out to check your line/premises
