Juno The worst ISP, My last Email and last ISP resort
Juno is my last ISP resort
Juno is famous but I dont recommend them,
They have so much problems like connection, banners ads, speed is so slow, bad- very poor customer support. Dont even look at this ISP, one of the worst ISP i have seen
I recently downloaded JUNO, and it turned out to be one of the worst downloads of my internet life. I would connect to the internet, and 30 seconds later I was kicked off.
Very poor service
Worst worst ISP,
Some bad things about this , JUNO email takes at least 5 to 10 minutes to be delivered, and you can only really send 2 or 3 emails a day. This service is really bad, if I were you I would not use it. I had nothing but problems with it, so I uninstalled it, and deleted it from my system.
As a former freewwweb user of which I was happy with, I cannot say the same about Juno. It installed Ok, but would not authenicate the logon and password, I decided to quit being a cheapskate and get an ISDN line.
I like this one. Never a busy signal. The questionnaire was long, but I opted out of just about every "bug-you-to-death" ad option with no apparent toll on my access to the net.
Also, the error messages you get if something goes wrong are really detailed and allow you to trace your way to the problem. Very cool.
I have been trying for 2 days off and on to create an account with Juno-free service and have not yet been able to. When I called tech support they were very nice, but no one seemed to be able to pinpoint the problem, so until I can get connected I will have to give it a 1 rating.
