Windows XP - Wireless WiFi Protected Access update |
|
|
I just learned that Microsoft released in March of this year a patch to add WiFi Protected Access (WPA) compatibility to Windows XP.
More information about the patch and where to obtain it.

In order for this update to be useful, however, you must have a WPA compatible access point to connect to. To see a list of compatible equipment, go here:

Check the WPA box and click "submit" to see the list.
WiFi Protected Access is the replacement for WEP, which has been thoroughly discredited. |
