Does anyone have any experience with PeoplePC?

I'm looking for a reasonably priced ISP. Reliable access is a must. A bit of customer support for troubleshooting any initial set-up problems would be nice. Speed is not a big issue - although I am looking into supplementing the service with ONSPEED. I currently use a Yahoo (business) email account accessed via dial-up service to a university network.

I'm experiencing loads of issues with our Verizon land-line for both voice and dial-up internet access. (Phone lines are an ancient, tangled mess & I don't own the property) I'd opt for DSL and PeoplePC if it would solve the problem of consistent access. (Cable is not an option. Am considering using a BlackBerry with T-Mobile for backup if I can't solve Internet access at home)

Sorry about the long post, but it's a complex issue.
