I can’t get over 40Kbps speed on any sites except www.tucows.com. Its so boring for me. What I do now? Please help

You aren't getting 40kbps, you are getting 40k/s which = about 512kbps, Please make sure that you give us correct info for us, kbps vs. k/s. two different things. Please remember that at every time.

Actually, it is kbps and KBps, not k/s.
Kbps meaning kilo bits per second and KBps meaning kilo bytes per second. If you are getting 40 KBps, then multiply 40 times 8 and that much speed you getting. Currently. In this example you are getting just over 320 kilo bits per second or roughly 1/5 the speed that is advertised.
