I am with SBC yahoo right now and I'm satisfied with their service. DSL from them is about $10 cheaper than Cyberonic depending on what plan you want. More information can be found on SBC service at http://promo.yahoo.com/sbc/?refer=dsl0.

1. Had multiple visits from Covad, could not make a reliable connection working. Continual intermittent outages.

2. Charged me over $300 up front and never sent me the "rebate".

3. Charging $250 additional fee for cancelling contract although the service never worked properly.

What they really are is a Covad reseller. And they don't know what they are doing. They cannot get the system to work. Probably b/c the phone co. doesn't want them too. But now I am out a lot of money, and I wasted a lot of time. I recommend: look elsewhere!
