Hi,
one of my PC opens my No Charge dialup connection & dials automatically.
When ever I select any icon from the desktop, even if I click for opening a directory on my desktop.
Any advice will be appreciated.

It sounds like you are hi-jacked. Run up-to-date anti virus software and do virus scan. Also check with a spy ware program like Spybot or ad-aware 6.0.
You can use Google before asking such stupid questions.
