Installed ICS on my PC, but can't share files.

Hi all,

I recently installed ICS on a windows 98 machine. I configured ICS on the win 2K machine which is the client. I gave an IP address and configured the gateway and DNS servers IP address. On that, The internet works fine. However I can't connect to the Win 98SE computer's HDD anymore through Win 2K comp. Any ideas?

When I try to ping the win 2K computer from the win 98 machine I get a "request timed out error". Although I can ping the win98 comp from the windows 2000 comp just fine? Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thats easy - just use NETBEUI in for file sharing. Please install it from Network neighbourhood > properties.
