Are there any Dial-up service providers (NetZero, etc.) that provide service that even comes close to DSL, and if so where can I find them?

i totally agree with the fact that dial-up is a lot slower than dls. and by the way my friend measured the amount of time it took to load one page, it took 15 stinking menutes.its sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
