I installed the home network and set up ICS with the wizard on my client computer, but it not connects to the web. It tries to detect proxy settings for a minute or more and then dispalyes times out error.
Can you access resources from one PC to the other?
Any body have any ideas?

Yes, I can share files and printer but not the Internet
I see that ICS is enabled on the host machine, the clients have TCP/IP installed with DHCP enabled and a server assigned IP address.
