Wireless networking and TV Tuner Card Problems.

Is it possible to run tv over a wireless network to a laptop from a desktop with a tv tuner and can anyone recomend me the cheapest wireless network?

Well, I developed an Intranet at my last job which had delivering employee training as one of the objective.I was only given NT and IIS to work with and absolutely no budget, I chose Windows Media server to deliver streaming content caused from powerpoint and IIS rather nicely.
If I remember correctly, Windows Media server have option of setting up live broadcasts from a machine using the capture card. I'm not sure if it would work with a TV Tuner card, and I'm not sure if you even want to go the streaming media route, but that is one way to watch TV on your laptop.

As for the wireless network, my recommendation is always cheapest so it can be used at home.

It should work finally & nicely...Windows treats TV cards as video capture devices in Windows Environment.
