Which DSL router, do you recommand?

My Server connected to an 8 port hub connected to another 8 port hub. I have 8 computers excluding the server and 5 printers in my network. I have DSL connected to one of the client machines which I share using Wingate. In my previous posts, I asked about replacing the hubs with a 16 port switch and everyone have to be agreed that its a good idea. Now I am thinking that I have to add a DSL router to mu Network.

How would I do this? Do I add 1 port or 4 port router?
Should I move the DSL Connection to the server?

I think, you have to go for 4 port router only because it allows ports for future expansion. Now I can Plug into the DSL modem using router, then the router into the hub/switch.

Sorry to say that, I just don't understand why you would want the extra ports on the router? What would you plug into them?
