Hi guys,

I am thinking about getting Qwest DSL. Is it necessary to pay for an ISP or can I just use the Internet Explorer?

For getting the Qwest DLL you must be pay for an ISP.

But for 31.99 mo you get msn which includes Mcafee firewall and Mcafee virus guard
