WARNING: Access4Less costing $$$!

$4.95/month as a back-up provider sounded better than banned!
After a few hours of trying to get their australian-made "Multi-POP-Dialer" to work, I had to give up and cancelled, stating the problem. I got no reply to my e-mails regarding the problem, nor did I find any help on their Help and FAQ pages, and I was told by telephone that ANY call would be charged $5 REGARDLESS of reasons.
In my opinion, this is a money-making scheme that works.
The $8 "Installation-cost" is unconditional even when cancelling the SAME day, after their own Dialer does not work, knowing that the majority like myself will write-off the $8-loss with some 4-letter words!
(Like AT&T's 4.95 "free trial" years ago got some of us)
Live and learn? Guess I'm not!
My advise? Don't even think of touching an ISP without a free trial of some period of time, and without any cost for unsuccessful or unsatisfactory trials.
Acess4Less in my opinion represents the worst in that regard.
