Unable to Logon as Netzero Platinum Member
I am signed up as a platinum member w/Netzero. Everything was fine for a while, then was having frequent lockups while on the internet. Eventually, I removed the netzero software & re-installed. I can web surf again without the freeze ups, but I can not get in on my platnum membership. I know I am still w/ the platinum service as I have called netzero. They gave me another free month along with a free tech support call (call was worthless). The tech support person mailed me the latest version, which I installed, but had no success with my dilema.

I think i have one solution for your problem...
Make sure you are entering the correct Member ID. It should be the portion of your Email address before @netzero.com
Check to see that the Caps Lock key is not on while entering your password.
If you signed up for an account over the phone and are having problems with your Member ID or password, http://account.netzero.net/s/changepassword
i agre with sam -- make sure you are entering your user name and password exactly as it was when you made the account --- everything is case sensitive and you have to stick with it -- be sure youve got the @netzero portion on the memberid as well -- hope it helps
