Crying or Very sad i canceled in Sept got billed in Oct bound to checks for 68$ netzoro said all we can do is refund 19.95 for Oct bill Crying or Very sad

netzero billing - i to have had netzero billing problems

I think netzero has very poor support and they are not very responsive to billing issue. I have never been treated as bad by any other isp billing department as netzero. Evil or Very Mad

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you to inform you that you withdrew money from my account after my account was closed. I closed the account before the free trial was over and was still billed. I want my money placed back into my account immediately. Otherwise, I will take you to small claims court.
