Windows Activation reminder/popup

I Need to know exactly how to stop my WindowsXP professional to Quit reminding me to Activate Windows EVERY time I restart the P C. Windows is already activated.. And everytime it says this and i clik on it to Activate?? It says Windows already activated!!!!! So I wanna get rid of this pesky nuissance. Im told it can be done by editing it in the Windows regisrtry. I Need the exact details/ formula for finding this registry entry and identifying it and editing it?? Who can help?? ZACMAN

if you go to the microsoft update site and look for hotfix update 811632 this should fix the problem
