I have not noticed this 'carpserv.exe' before on my computer, I noticed the 'carpserv' just now and I am a bit concerned and so I want to know what this 'carpserv' does and how to remove the carpserv.exe from my computer ? Please tell me how this file carpserv.exe showed up and do i need to remove this file ? and is removal process easy ?

carpserv.exe is CARPService process file. If you are using Zoltrix and Conexant modems, carpserv.exe is available on your computer. carpserv.exe is required file. So relax about carpserv.exe it is not harm your computer.
