Version 1991 of Hijackthis looks at services and the like. It's ever so useful at disabling all kinds of stuff. You will want to boot to safe mode though, or close down everything except for the Windows XP essential processes, because if the process in question is running when you remove it from startup (if its spyware or whatever) it will immediatly just re-add itself.

cdac11ba.exe
Hello Guys,
cdac11ba.exe uses more than 100% of my CPU memory. From last couple of days my system work very slow and when I checked my Task Bar I found cdac11ba.exe running and using more than 100% of CPU usage. That’s really strange for me. Why this happen to my system? I want to fix this problem. I even can’t end this process by click on End Task.

Hi,
cdac11ba.exe's process name is Macrovision RTS Service.
cdac11ba.exe is part of copy-protection software Macrovision Safe Cast. This piece of software allows manufacturers to protect their products from illegal duplication. If you are using this service so, don’t stop from your task manager.
