Copper.net ,sorry to say but they never reply our email, what to do, if this kind of top rated ISP will do that then its good to have some local ISP’s, I also got lots of time speed problems

I am getting good speed and rarely disconnected, I need speed previously when I was using ping isp I never satisfied with speed, but this Copper.net is really gives me good speed

Worst ISP Copper.net is,
I keep getting cut-off after downloading the same number of messages,
Very bad and poor service

I think you should do basic modem troubleshooting, if it still does not work,we recommend that you have your modem drivers removed and reinstalled, as they may be corrupt. If all fails, then I send it to repair or replace it
