Looking for sites and/or articles that either have a chart that includes price, number of hours (if not unlimited), whether or not tech support is free and how good it is, free trial available, etc.
So far, Arczip looks best, from what I've been able to find for comparison.
Any other names of ISP's that are under $15.00, are fast and reliable, have no or very few ads, with free tech support (at least biz hours) would be welcomed.
Have eliminated PeoplePC because tech support is $1.95/minute.
Here is a useful site I came across that lets you compare isp's around your area that relate to your needs. It is called http://www.isp-connections.com/. The site is self-explanatory and is easy to use when finding a isp that fits your needs. Hope it helps.
Best advice i could give you is to call up each ISP and find out the specifics you want to know so that you are garenteed to have up to date information. and then make the final decision yourself.

Thank you - good advice - and I should have said I'm doing that. It's the reviews and forums that are giving me the things I didn't consider, so I'll know what (more) questions to ask.
