cancel account

i would like to cancel my account. i don't like the idea of not being able tp talk to a human. to bad that they charge money just to ask questions.
i can;t even get e-mail sent when i do write some. no answer from the ones i wrote to. this internet isn;t worth having.
i was told that this internet service was so good, i have another opion about it.
i just don't like it.
so cancer this as soon as you get this.
