Question: acrotray.exe - acrotray - what is acrotray.exe process ?

There was some problem of speed in My Computer, when I was monitoring the Windows Task Manager’s Process List and I found acrotray.exe. Does any one knows about acrotray ? Is it any system process or user process ? I have been using Norton Antivirus and it has not detected it as virus or worm, so is it related to any spy ware? Please tell me how this file acrotray.exe showed up and how can I remove this acrotray.exe process and will it generate any windows error ? Is there any acrotray.exe removal tool or utility available ?

Hello Everybody,

I'm using Windows ME with Acrobat 6.0.1 on an HP 1200 LaserJet. Everything was printing fine until this morning. I'm getting the following error message. (Acrord 32 caused error in HPBF3120DRV) I've reinstalled Acrobat 6.0.1 and reinstalled the HP 1200 driver, but every time I try to print an Acrobat file, I still get the error message. After getting that error message, I have to reboot because I can't print out of MS Office either due to a similar error message.

Hi Pamy143,

First of all Remove HP 1200 LaserJet printer and Acrobat 6.0.1 from add and remove program and install again in your computer I’m not sure but may be solve your problem.
