AOL Problems
I am facing problems with AOL Broadband. I can not log into sites using as speed is to slow and also getting errors, time out messages. Also problems in The AOL software, it`s timing out and not showing pages. I Have done speed test`s and it`s been downloading at 42Kbs(and dropping).
I added a new Administrator for our board and they cannot login. They keep getting an error, says acount is not registered. This is a common problem with AOL or could it be their computer. When i tried to login to this account from my computer and it works.
I have a soultion for you i think AOL has issues handling the session hash from version 2 of vBulletin. Please advice your shared admin to use an alternative browser like Mozilla and not surf the internet with a proxy.

Justin i think its not AOL problems, You can check out your PC first, reboot it, because i am also with AOL and havent got any problems like you
from my problem really you think that this is my PC problem
Actually i went for AOL live help but its totally useless, and you know what they always blame your PC, i think i should leave AOL and go for Dial up for faster speed
hey denny, almost all computers come pre-loaded with AOL software within them.
If you don't have the software on your computer, you will have the option to download it at the end of your online registration process. U can download it from the aol site or any other downloading sites.
Its very easy to reset your AOL password. If you've forgotten the password to any of your AOL Screen Names, you can choose a new password yourself.
Simply try signing on to the AOL Screen Name in question, as normal. If you get the password wrong twice, you will be given the option to reset the password, provided you can verify your identity by confirming certain details about your AOL account.

using aol/dsl
I cannot get on the internet, have aol/dsl and when I ask to go on, the reply is that the modem is not connecting. Fine, they take my money but I get nowhere. I want to know if I should consider aol/cable and will it be any better/faster. This is for the birds, spend and no results!
