I have not noticed 'rtvscan.exe' showing in my Task Manager, under the Tab "process" header before on my computer,I noticed the 'rtvscan' just now and I am a bit concerned and so I want to know what this 'rtvscan' does and how to remove the 'rtvscan.exe' from my computer ? Also I want to know whether it is a system process or user process and Is it because of some error in any program exe, virus or worm? Please tell me how this file rtvscan.exe showed up and do I need to remove this file ? And is Removal process easy?

There was some problem of speed in My Computer, and in the Windows Task Manager’s Process List I found rtvscan.exe. Is it any normal system process, error or is it any error exe, worm, virus or any spy ware? It looks to be part of windows process list, but I am not sure and want to remove rtvscan.exe Process. Please advise me what should I do and how do I remove this process?

I hope this forum will help to fix rtvscan.exe.

From last couple of days my system work very slow and when I checked my Task Bar I found rtvscan.exe running and using more than 70% of CPU usage. That’s really strange for me. Why this happen to my system? I want to fix this problem. I even can’t end this process by click on End Task.

Please help me!!
