Hi,
Can you give me the other solution for that?
I don’t have network & still facing this problem at my home only.
Please give me other solution. |

| Let please click on start > run > type cmd in that. On the command prompt type ipconfig/all & specify the settings needed for that. If you’re computer is single then click on Assign automatically & also click on Obtain DNS server settings automatically. If you’re on Network computer, theb type the IP address as 192.168.x.x. Where, x may be any no between 0 to 255.Enter your subnet mask as 255.255.255.0 and leave blank the gateway settings. |

| I do it but It can’t work properly & while opening IE, it opens the internet properties dialog box to set some remaining setting on that. |

Please configure your computer and assign your network IP Address, DNS server, subnet mask, gateway settings. Then see the problem arrives or not. |

| In the Internet properties, click on connection Tab & click on LAN Settings. You have to specify your IP Address, subnet mask, gateway information in that. |
