Question:what is dvzmsgr.exe process ? Is dvzmsgr.exe any virus or worm ?
There was some problem of speed in My Computer, and in the Windows Task Manager’s Process List I found dvzmsgr.exe. Is it any normal system process, error or is it any error exe, worm, virus or any spy ware? It looks to be part of windows process list, but I am not sure and want to remove dvzmsgr.exe Process. Please advise me what should I do and how do I remove this process?

Re: what is dvzmsgr.exe process ? Is dvzmsgr.exe any virus o
No problemo, my friend. I found this:
There is a communications component that is installed with Documents To Go.
This component automatically communicates with DataViz servers with
information regarding your installed copy of Documents To Go and your Palm
OS device. It then can notify you of product updates, special offers, and
tips. The communications component is first referenced in the license
agreement. Then, during the Documents To Go installation, when the user
chooses which applications to be installed, there is a checkbox to Enable
Communications that states "I would like Documents To Go to periodically
check with the DataViz website for product upgrades, free tips, etc." The
user can choose to disable communications at this point. The ability to
disable automatic communications is also part of the software once it is
installed, under the Tools Menu, Preferences, Communications tab. The
information is used to let the end user know about product updates/upgrades,
without cluttering their inboxes with messages.
Aggregate stats are used for development purposes. DataViz collects usage
statistics to help us understand how people use Documents To Go - for
example, do people view files more than they edit them? Which component of
Documents To Go is used the most? This allows us to allocate development
efforts accordingly.
Most of our customers choose to keep communications enabled. However, every
customer does have the choice, during installation or at any point when
using the software, to disable communications.
I hope this clarifies the communications component of Documents To Go.
